Does anyone know if I can listen to the space shuttle on a police/fire scanner?

If so, what frequency…or where can I find the frequency?
I do have a ham radio technician’s license, but I don’t own a radio. I just wanted to see if I could listen to take-offs and landings and anything else in between.

The standard worldwide freqency seems to be 145.800
