iPhone 3G Replacement Parts?

I wondering if anybody knows where I can buy replacement parts for the iPhone 3G at a cheap price, No I don’t mean sites that will selling you simple items such as the housing for 79.99 when you can get them as cheap as $4 on eBay from HongKong. Now I am looking for basically everything to improve my iPhone at a reasonable price, I need the Home button replacement, a battery, a glass cover, I am good on the LCD screen, But the speaker for the ear peice and the bottom mic and speaker would be great though. thanks
