question about radio cooler power supply?

I just about finish a project in which I made a stereo out of a cooler. I used a car head unit but not exactly sure how to connect it to the battery. I don’t have an amp nor do I intend on using one. How do I connect to battery for power? Radio hase a ton of wires.

red and yellow wire to pos and black to the neg on the battery blue is for power antenna and rest is for speakers when hooking up speakers match the colors from the radio and hook them to the speaker
