where can i find a rca to coax adapter?

im going to be in Cincinnati and the hotel im staying at only has a CRT, the old thing that only has coaxial input, and i want to play my PS3 while im there, and i just don’t have the luck to find an adapter. but i do have an old VCR that has a coax out and an rca in. should i use the VCR or try to find an adapter?
